The following short videos show you how we used the SCCS Cyber Planet to create an on-line collaborative environment for this project and how we used some of the features:
If you would like to use a Cyber Planet (Free of charge) please follow the instructions below to register.
Cyber Planets are secure online elementary school classrooms free to use by anyone worldwide. The classrooms include secure e-mail, chatrooms & bulletin boards. These classrooms allow teachers to monitor their students activities while logged into the classroom. The Cyber Planets also includes "Subject Stuff". The websites found in this area have been evaluated and include sites and activities for students divided by subject area and unit. Be confident that your students are not only on safe sites but also educational sites!

In the SCCS log in area type in your username and password to access your Cyber Planet.
If you would like to register your class for a Cyber Planet please go to http://www.scs.sk.ca/cyber Under the Registration tab choose Cyber Planet.
