The Holy Cross Senior band trip to New York is quickly approaching. All of our tickets have been purchased, reservations have been secured, and the itinerary has been finalized! Now that all arrangements are complete, we know what the ultimate cost of the trip will be per student. Unfortunately, timing was not in our favour this year with the low Canadian dollar and increased prices in the US. The exchange rate likely also contributed to low interest in the purchase of the extra seats on our chartered flight. After all is said and done, the cost of the tour per student will be $3325.00. At this point in time, each student should have already paid $2200.00 leaving an outstanding balance of $1125.00.
As indicated on the original payment schedule, the final installment was due March 20, 2015; however, as we only received the finalized cost yesterday, this deadline is being extended until March 31, 2015. Please send your payment in the amount of$1125.00 to the Holy Cross main office as soon as possible. Indicate the student's name, grade, and "2015 New York Tour" on the outside of the envelope.
Travel Credit statements were sent home last week with your student's current balance. Please complete the attached form if you wish to use the balance of these travel credits. A cheque for any travel credits earned through the current Grocery/Mother Earth Gift Card fundraiser will be issued to you upon completion of the fundraiser.
If using Carlson Wagonlit Travel Gift Certificates, please submit your voucher(s) as payment.

Please submit your cheque to the school office in an envelope marked with your students name and grade on it prior to Friday. If anyone is using Carlson Wagonlit Travel Gift Certificates as method of payment, please submit your voucher as payment.
