See your kids work in a well known math journal!

| | Comments (0)

An editor from the math education journal "Teaching Children Mathematics," is looking for teachers to try any of the following 3 problems with their students:

Marian Small's quilt problem: Quilt - NCTM question.pdf

Pat Lore's pizza problem: Pizza Party.pdf

Marie Hauk & Bev Kula's jellybean problem: Jelly Bean.pdf

Those interested in trying one of these problems with K-6 students, submitting student work, and a short reflection are urged to contact dsproat@gscs.sk.ca to be put in touch with the editor Julie Long. She offered support with adapting the problems for different age groups.

It would be great to include some Saskatchewan perspectives in this
journal!
