Reader's Response Journals
The first set of Reader's Response Journals is due on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2010. This will consist of 10 separate entries, each one having two paragraphs. The first paragraph is a brief summary of what you have read and the second paragraph is your response to what you have read. Please see the attached sheets for ideas and the rubric that will be used for assessment. If you want to be successful with this assignment, DO NOT leave it until the last minute. You have been given a long period to work on them, do a little bit each week to avoid the anxiety of having to write ten entries in one night. You may show me your work at any time to check if you are on the right track.
