Here is a copy of the Descriptive Paragraph Assignment, the FRAME to use as your rough copy and the rubric to use for self-assessment. Just a reminder that your good copy is due on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 and all three sheets must be handed in along with it.
Here is the Restaurant Analysis Assignment as well as the assessment criteria. Remember that the assignment is due on Thursday, February 9, 2012. I have also included the power point on the "History of Restaurants" and the notes on the "Modern Cooking Brigade", in case you have misplaced them.
