Here is the Restaurant Analysis Assignment as well as the assessment criteria. Remember that the assignment is due on Thursday, February 9, 2012. I have also included the power point on the "History of Restaurants" and the notes on the "Modern Cooking Brigade", in case you have misplaced them.
Here are all of the notes for this unit, in case you have misplaced your handouts. Remember that you have an exam on Tuesday, May 31.
Also, for those of you who have misplaced your final project checklist, here it is along with the assessment criteria. Remember that your final project is due on Thursday, June 2. I will be giving you time on Wednesday, June 1 to work on the finishing touches.
